Patton Stephens Director of Operations and Client Services
Patton brings a unique combination of leadership development, project management, coaching, and writing skills to the work of results based leadership. With degrees and/or training in Public Administration, Organization Development, Coaching, and Results Based Facilitation, Patton provides a role desperately needed in all projects: establishing a solid foundation upon which important work can happen. Patton relishes her work in the world of Results Based Leadership, which both in theory and application honors her long-standing approach of encouraging individuals and groups to reach for high-impact external goals in ways that also facilitate internal change—a two-tiered approach that ensures enduring success.

Raj Chawla Principal
Raj has over 25 years of experience in leadership development, organizational and executive coaching, and organizational development. Raj helps leaders achieve greater system-wide outcomes and effect deeper system reforms by creating influence strategies within their organizations; forming and leveraging partnerships; and generating quantitative measures to guide, track, and unify critical work efforts and ensure the highest contributions to overarching goals and results. Raj holds a Masters in International Affairs from The American University in Washington, D.C. and a B.A. in Economics from Emory University. He is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. In addition, Raj has participated in Executive Programs at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and George Mason University.

Kaylene Mitchell Associate
Kaylene has significant experience working in government, education and non-profit sectors with a focus on Results Based Accountability (RBA). She spent a decade working as a Dean in Maine’s largest community college. There, she used RBA to transform the college experience for underserved students and to drive a 25% increase in college-wide graduation rates. Kaylene also worked in the Maine Legislature as the Special Assistant to the Maine Speaker of the House and also served as a founder, President, and Executive Director of Emerge Maine, a non-profit organization dedicated to training and inspiring women political candidates. Kaylene earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern Maine and a Master in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and was a Harvard Cultural Bridge Fellow.

Sheila Weber Associate
Sheila brings more than 12 years of executive-level nonprofit leadership experience to her role as a strategic leadership consultant and coach. She has led successful programmatic reform and large-scale systems change efforts. She has also led statewide organizational and provider network advocacy initiatives. Sheila’s 25 years of nonprofit experience and her lifelong dedication to improving the wellbeing of children, youth and families drive her passion to build the capacity of leaders and organizations to achieve equitable results. Sheila is a certified professional diversity coach, Results Based Facilitation advanced practitioner, Emergent Learning practitioner, and is certified to administer MBTI and EQ-i assessments. Sheila holds master’s degrees in social work and business administration and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
